Great product but item missing

The jersey's quality and overall look was great but I've also customised UCL badge on it which was missing from the product I recieved. I value my money but I decided not to exchange it because it would have taken a bunch of time just to recollect and redeliver the product. So I hope this huge mistake wouldn't repeat again.
