Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with their service

I ordered an Argentina team jersey from Full Time Store, which did not fit me, so I requested a size exchange as per their policy. The jersey was picked up by their return executive, after which there was no update or delivery of the exchanged item for several days. When I followed up, I was informed that the item they received was allegedly a different jersey. I categorically confirm that the jersey handed over was the correct Argentina jersey from this order, and the issue is clearly due to mishandling or poor internal tracking by Full Time Store. Despite following all procedures correctly, I am being unfairly penalized for their error, leading to undue harassment, delay, and complete loss of trust in their service.

I haven’t received my correct jersey or a refund of my order. I used to hold FTS products in very high regard but after this incident i am never ordering from here again or would never recommend it to friends or family.
